Refund and Return Policy

Because each item sold in our store is custom printed on an individual basis when your order is received, we have a strict no refund, no return policy on clothing and other merchandise such as art prints unless an item is damaged.

We also cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, consulting services, financial services or gift cards. This includes membership fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is damaged, based on visual proof and inspection, Philanthrobit may ask you to return the item before sending you a replacement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a replacement item will be sent to you. Absolutely no refunds will be offered.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged or wrong items for the same purchased item. No substitutions will be permitted.
