The Ottawa Community Loan Fund (OCLF website) is a charitable organization formed in 2000 working for financial empowerment in the Ottawa area. OCLF arranges loans to start, buy or expand a small business, and professional development loans to increase employability. OCLF provides education in money management and self-employment through community partners that supports newcomers to Canada.

OCLF is the proud co-founder of the Women's Home-based Business (HBB) Program, in partnership with Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB). This program is generously funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

In addition, OCLF is a partner with World Skills (link) in delivering the ONE Hub Entrepreneurship Program funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and manages the loan component of the ESDC funded Credentials Recognition Program (link).

Net profits from this section will go directly to OCLF to support its programs and services and help seed a future Community Micro Loan and Grant Program.
