PhilanthroBit Investment Fund
As a social purpose enterprise, we aim to raise capital from the Community, in order to reinvest into the Community.
To this end, our investment platform will also power PhilanthroBit’s evergreen tokenized Social Impact Fund that will co-invest in listed projects and bonds. Leveraging smart contracts technology and digital assets, our investment portal will automate cap table management and Board governance, creation of SPV investment vehicles, tokenized shares issuance and profit payouts.
In order to seed this Fund, PhilanthroBit will set aside net profits from the PhilanthroBit.shop marketplace. In early 2024, we intend to open the Fund to our investor members.
